I have been checking them out online. A few mixed reviews. I found a couple of people that have done pretty good just assigning the contract to the Ameraco Investor Network. I am giving it a try. I will post my progress. I don't believe Ameraco is a scam based on the post I have seen to date.

How is everything going so far?
DeleteLet me know how it works out. I have been thinking of joining, but with all the scams and reviews of so many scam type companies, I was looking for a reason to pull the trigger.

We used them when we first started doing flips in like 2004. You only get like 30-40% of the profit once it sells. I keep 100% now so I don't use them anymore. Good though if your just starting out or you are going just assign the contract to one of their investors. I'm in Kansas City so I have lot's of good deals aval.

It works very good for quick cash outs. I run all my heavy rehabs into the network and just take an assignment fee. How does it work on a JV? Anyone done a Joint Venture?

I have also been thinking about getting into Ameraco also but like many others, do not want to be scammed. For those that have done business with Ameraco, is this place legit? Please post some updated comments if possble. I am a hard working Mom looking to change my 3 yr old son's life and of course my own. I do have a background in the Mortgage Industry so I am familiar but would love to get into Investing. I would greatly appreciate the feedback.
